Facilitated Manager Peer Hubs
These hubs offer a safe and supportive space for leaders and managers with common everyday experiences to connect, learn from one another, and strengthen their capacity to lead compassionately. Whether they’re looking for guidance on identifying and supporting employees who are showing signs of distress or they need a safe place to share their own experiences and challenges as a leader, our Peer Hubs are here to help.
In these hubs, managers and leaders have the opportunity to share their own experiences as a leader and talk through situations they’re facing with their peers. They’ll also receive support and guidance as they work to solidify their skills, create strategies for supporting employees who show signs of distress and lead confidently.
Each weekly virtual hub session begins with a brief educational component followed by group discussion and open dialogue. A trained facilitator encourages leaders to work through real employee scenarios in the group while protecting anonymity and confidentiality.
By offering these Facilitated Manager Peer Hubs, you demonstrate your commitment to supporting your leaders by providing them with a safe place for ongoing and meaningful support. The hubs offer tactical information on various topics, including identifying workplace symptoms of a distressed employee, approaching with compassion, and separating employee personal vs. work-related issues.
